An extremely well-organized task manager with over 12 years of experience at MCA/Universal, he has excellent communication and management skills. In the past 20 years as a Realtor, Andy has proven himself to be a valuable team player capable of understanding and handling complex, rigorous demands while managing multiple priorities. In addition, he was honored with Prudential's "Rising Star" Award his first year on the job.

Andy's interest and experience in real estate began over 30 years ago when his father started his real estate career. This background, coupled with having lived in Los Angeles for 50+ years, gives Andy invaluable experience and insight into the direction and inner workings of today's real estate market.

An advocate for abandoned/rescue pets, Andy is the proud parent of his dog, Trisha, an American-Bully rescue. In his spare time, you can find Andy and Trisha hiking the trails of Fryman Canyon and Griffith Park, and often the beaches and bluffs at Leo Carrillo Beach in Malibu.
